Draft · not legal advice

Privacy note.

This is a placeholder for a Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 notice. It explains the enquiry form. It is not a finished legal policy, and it is not legal advice.

Who this draft is about.

The practice is Elevate Thrive, led by Raghvendra Singh. For this draft, the contact for access, correction, erasure, or a complaint is hello@raghvendrasingh.com. A Data Protection Officer and a named grievance officer are not appointed on this page.

What the enquiry form can collect.

If you submit the form on Services, the fields are: name, email, optional phone, optional organisation, the topic you chose, your challenge, the audience path if you picked one (hiring, partner, learning, or browsing), the page path you sent it from, and three separate consent choices. Those choices start unticked.

The form does not ask for a CV upload, a payment card, or a government ID. A CV PDF is published at /cv.pdf for hiring conversations.

Why it would be used.

Reply consent is required before the form will deliver an enquiry. Updates and WhatsApp are optional and are recorded only as yes or no. Withdrawing a choice later is a request to hello@raghvendrasingh.com. This draft does not claim a consent record is stored until a sheet or form endpoint is connected.

Where it goes.

When a Google Sheet webhook or a form endpoint is connected in the host settings, the enquiry is sent there and can be emailed to hello@raghvendrasingh.com. Until that connection exists, the page opens an email draft in your own email app and does not store the form. Hosting is on Vercel. A connected Sheet would be on Google. Those providers may process the text outside India. A lawyer should confirm whether that transfer is covered before this draft is treated as final.

How long it is kept.

This draft does not set a retention period. The working intention is to delete an enquiry when the conversation is finished, unless a contract or a law requires a copy. That rule is not yet an operational schedule.

Choices under the DPDP Act.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives a person rights to ask for access, correction, and erasure, to withdraw consent, and to have a grievance heard. This page does not implement a portal for those requests. Write to hello@raghvendrasingh.com. The site is not aimed at children under 18, and the form should not be used to send a child’s personal data.

Analytics.

The site can load Vercel Web Analytics, which is meant to count visits without an advertising cookie and without Google Analytics. If Web Analytics is not enabled on the Vercel project, that script does not collect anything. This draft does not add a cookie banner because it does not add GA4 or a marketing cookie.
