Context

Viralops needed one site that could carry two offerings — VServe-ProTecht for luxury hotel guest engagement and VServe-Cinemas for theater concessions — for operators worldwide. Stakeholder feedback and review cadence were ambiguous; the design job was to protect scope and leave decisions documented even if launch paused.

Audience

Hotel and venue operators evaluating hospitality and cinema tech; founder Mrigank as primary stakeholder.

Design objective

Complete a dual-product redesign that reflects positioning for both lines, documents decisions, and remains recoverable when the engagement stops short of launch.
